What is La Liga?
La Liga is a recreational football league that came about due to the inequalities women faced when playing as part of male leagues. Over the year La Liga has gathered participation from Spanish, Portuguese, African, European and British speakers; it ensures women, wanting to play football can do so in a safe and relaxed environment.
It is family orientated but none the less the players are committed passionate
Why do women participate in La Liga?
